N.California City Agrees To Pay $150K in Sex Harassment

Concord, Calif. has agreed to pay $150,000 to settle a lawsuit by an employee who said she was sexually harassed by a female police officer.

Wendy Schwartzenberger, a civilian community service officer, accused Lt. Robin Heinemann of unwelcome sexual remarks and physical advances that included hugging and kissing.
